This morning Sara and I went with a neighbor to Starbucks. Sara was very excited to order a chocolate milk for herself. She kept saying that we were in the “mocha frapp store”. What a goof.

Yesterday was the first day of Little Gym for Sara. We took the summer ‘off’ and boy was she excited to go back yesterday! Mr. Chad, her teacher, remembered her from the Spring semester and she ran right up to him and gave him a high five. Eric’s parents are in South Carolina tonite and should arrive here sometime tomorrow afternoon/evening. So happy they evacuated! Our neighbor’s mom arrived safely tonite from Daytona also – we’re glad she’s up here too. Now – GO AWAY FRANCES!

Ugh. This has been a HORRIBLE hurricane season! Hurricane Frances is screaming towards Florida and Eric’s parents are in Ft. Lauderdale. I’ve become a Soccer Mom! The minivan has a permanent place in our driveway now. It’s extremely comfy – much smoother than the “trucky” feel of the Explorer.
